Return Policy

Photo Pro is committed to making your buying experience a positive one. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of the purchase date.

We will not accept returns of the following
unless the product was defective or there was a mistake in the order:

  • Sensitive items such as film, paper, chemistry, and darkroom equipment once used with chemistry.
  • Books, software, video tapes, ink cartridges, printer paper, and batteries

This policy ensures that customers will receive fresh, undamaged, temperature controlled materials. Manufacturer defective items will be replaced with same or substitute model.

Exchange/Return Requirements

  • Returned products must be in brand new, mint condition.
  • Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, plastic bags and blank warranty cards.
  • The manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within a shipping carton.
  • Do not deface, alter, or tape the manufacturer's packaging.
  • Please note that warranty cards must not be filled out. Once filled out, the product is not returnable.
  • Any blister packed items or products that come in hard plastic wrap can only be returned if unopened and in original condition.

A 20% restocking fee may be applied if the above conditions are not met.
