Photo Pro Digital DropBox

Send us your digital files for printing without leaving your home! Visit our new Digital DropBox. You have the option of picking up your order at Photo Pro or having it shipped directly to you. Also see our FTP service for large bulk orders.

One-hour service is available during regular hours. Some exclusions apply. Unless otherwise arranged, expect at least overnight service. If you need one-hour service, enter a note in the Special Instructions box. Printing times are at the discretion of the lab staff.

Read the instructions below. Then follow the link to the Drop Box, follow the instructions, and send us your files for printing.


Instructions

Using the drop box is easy. There's no software to download, just a simple installer.

  • Drag and drop the files you want printed and hit SEND.
  • You'll see a complete list of all the print sizes and surfaces available, with their prices. The green bar next to the image tells you what print sizes you can make with your files. Choose an option for each of your files. (For guidance on what size files will make good prints and enlargements, see our Digital Prints page.)
  • 1-hour service is available during regular hours. (Some exclusions apply.)
    • Enter a note in the Special Instructions box if 1-hour service is needed.
  • You'll see your subtotal. Choose whether you want to pick up your order or have it shipped.
  • Fill in your billing and/or shipping address, shipping option, and credit card information if applicable. A box for special instructions is available. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is completed and shipped.
  • Confirm your order information. Shipping cost and tax will be added to the price of printing.
  • Order confirmation page, including your order number. Print this page for your records.

Pricing

If you are already a Photo Pro customer with a level of discount, your normal discount will be applied.

Daily lab specials do apply. Please note in the special instructions field if you want your order scheduled to coincide with our Friday 20% off special.

Procedure

We will do our best to print your order in a timely manner. Printing times are at the discretion of the lab staff. Expect at least overnight service unless otherwise arranged.

Shipping will add at least one day to fulfillment time. Shipped orders should be considered a 2-3 day service, depending on printing and shipping times. Shipping will be UPS unless you require another method. See Shipping Charges.

Orders for photo gift items placed on our website are fulfilled through Qoop, Inc. Any questions regarding products or order status should be directed to Qoop Customer Service. See www.Qoop.com. From FAQs, select General Questions and then click on the Support Form.
