"I visited your store for the first time today to get some professional advice on a shot I wanted to get printed for my home. I experienced several things while there and I'd like you to know that you've gained a customer for life. Here are some of the things that Lori and her staff in the lab exhibited:

  • Over the top consultation and service - Advising, editing and printing to ensure I received the perfect image, matte and frame
  • A genuine, sincere appreciation for customers - I noticed that many of the customers who came in were on a first name basis and well taken care of
  • Quality - I used to send images to Snapfish or Walgreens because of convenience ...... notice that I said "used to"
